Terms of Service

For Users

Applies to anyone who clicks on the CAPTCHA.

We collect all possible information from your browser, and send it to our server for analysis. Please note that the data is not saved by us, only used on the fly for automated analysis.

The only information stored about you (for maximum 30 seconds) is as follows:

  • Hashed internet protocol (IP) address
  • Hashed user agent

What does hashed mean? It means that nobody can reverse this result back into the original information. This hash is what we provide back to the web master to be compared. If anyone else manages to get ahold of your ticket before you use or "punch" it (within the 30 second window), they will still not be able to recover your information due to this privacy feature.

While the above is completely true, Cloudflare may store your IP address for analytics. Our web server does not store your IP address.

Are you failing the CAPTCHA? There could be a few reasons for this. If you are failing after clicking the cat, then it is most likely you are on a privacy focused browser such as TOR. We do not offer support for these types of browsers (even if some of them do work). If you are failing even on Chrome or Firefox, let us know and we will investigate with you.

For Operators

Applies to any party involved with implementing/hosting our systems into/on any application (cloud based or otherwise).

  • Do not attempt to tamper with our widget
    • If you would like to change how it looks, contact us and maybe we can work something out.
  • Do not try to get around limits placed

Rule breakers will be added to a blacklist. This blacklist will be enforced by using information such as domain, server IP, site key, or any information that could lead us to believe you are evading our blacklist.
